the facebook comments box requires a Facebook App_ID
to get one do as follows:

login to your Facebook Account
at the bottom you'll find the 'developers' link

then click on My Apps

click the button to set up a new app

type name and agree to the therms and conditions

you can do all kind of stuff here but you'll have to give the app the URL to your site (most likely where your Comments Box appears)

you'll find your App-ID on top of the 'Web Site' settings

you can now type the User_ID (can be several, comma seperated) and the App_ID in the fields in the module, and select your preferred language

to find your User_ID go to your profile in your Facebook page and you'll see the ID number in the addressfield of your browser

when you visit the comments box as an administrator you'll find an additional header row where you can change the settings for the plugin (such as Moderation Mode, Word Blacklist and more)
