If you want to moderate the facebook comments box it requires a Facebook App_ID
to get one do as follows (The look of Facebook changes over time):

login to your Facebook Account
at the bottom you'll find the 'developers' link

then click on Apps

click the button to create a new app

Basic requirements are more or less:
you can do all kind of stuff here but for the comments box you'll have to give the app the Domain and the (root-) URL to your site
you'll find your App-ID somewhere on the top

now type the App-ID in the field in the module

now, when you visit the comments box as an administrator you'll find an additional header row where you can change the settings for the plugin (such as Moderation Mode, Word Blacklist and more)

and here you can moderate all comment boxes (with the App-ID) within the domain you added to the app.
