1. Update for a correct SlimBox call since r381
2. Error patch for download option (download didn´t work in v1.2.2)
3. Better output for download option and caption text, some css classes added
4. Integration of the flag “allow download in gallery” from file center.
   Now you can determine for each image whether it is downloadable or not.
   $my_allow_download_gallery = 0; [0=off|1=in use]
5. All layout style sheets for list and detail editable
